FMM is seeking a motivated and energetic professional to fill our Business Development Representative position in the Dallas, TX market area. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide, with a strong focus on providing high level, high value services at every stage of the client life-cycle. 

Job Summary: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base throughout their market area and nationally. They are responsible for identifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and relationship building. This position would report directly to our Business Development Manager and would work collaboratively with each department Director to ensure that business development efforts align with each department’s goals.
