We are seeking a Full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Cincinnati, Ohio based customers. This role requires an incredible attention to detail and commitment to quality service. This position is generally during normal business hours but may require some evenings and weekends based on maintenance requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver services to customer expectations with an emphasis on the quality of work
• Pro-actively communicate with account leaders and customer stakeholders  
• Perform general building maintenance, including scheduled maintenance and break fix of building equipment
• Light duty maintenance including lighting, carpentry, safety systems, athletic facilities 
• Enter, modify, and monitor tickets within the Work Order system
• Work with account leaders to maintain the facility within the approved budgets
• Assist the site-based facilities team with the total scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other tasks as assigned
