Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our buildings and equipment. This is a leadership role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to supervise a team.

Duties:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Manage the facility budget and ensure cost-effective operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of high voltage electrical systems, low voltage systems, logic controllers, and other facility equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising a team
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to fabricate solutions to complex problems
