We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance Facilities Manager to join our team and help maintain our equipment and facilities to the highest standards.

Job Description:

Flower World Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Facilities Manager to oversee and maintain over 15 acres of greenhouses. As the Maintenance Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity of our facilities, promote a safe and efficient work environment for our team, and keep equipment operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive facility maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities.
• Manage and lead a team of 12 maintenance technicians and construction staff.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects within budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance and repair needs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maintenance services and supplies.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and expenditures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility management and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and facility management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
