Overview:
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to maintain and repair our facilities. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

• 8 hour shift
