Overview: This hands-on Facilities Manager role will oversee facility management for all One Church-owned outposts, including the Residency House, to ensure all locations are safe, well-maintained and fully functional.
You Will Be:
Troubleshooting issues and assess work to be done at our locations.
Performing preventative maintenance at our locations.
Sourcing and overseeing vendors used for maintenance, building repairs and new facility projects.
Holding vendors accountable for work outlined in facility contracts.
Determining scope and obtain quotes for maintenance-related work from multiple vendors.
Obtaining a Certificate of Insurance from vendors that complete work at our locations.
Collaborating with Finance Team on annual facilities budget for each location.
Collaborating with Outpost Pastors & Coordinators to manage facilities budget for each location.
Collaborating with Outpost Pastors & Residency Pastor to identify and prioritize facilities work needed at each location.
Collaborating with Outpost Pastors & Residency Pastor to identify and train facilities volunteers for each location.
Regularly conducting a walk through of each location to assess facilities work that needs to be completed.
Assigning and oversee work to vendors and trained volunteers.
Creating CAPEX schedule and budget for all locations.
Collaborating with Executive Pastor and Finance Pastor on new outpost projects and other capital projects.
You Have:
5 years of progressive facilities experience, including HVAC and plumbing.
