How You'll Contribute:- Ensure resources and facilities pass inspections according to state, organization, and association expectations
- Communicate facilities updates and needs to supervisor, and participate in long range planning for upgrades/improvements
- Develop and maintain budget in coordination with department director, understanding and controlling department expenses
- Oversee construction projects
- Hire, train, manage, and evaluate staff
- Create and administer work schedule and assigns duties to department staff
- Administer work order and capital planning
- Comply with OSHA standards and ensure staff are compliant with necessary regulatory certifications
- Participate in committees and/or trainings/activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:- 7 years general maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and business systems
- Functional computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Post-secondary education with boiler license preferred
- Acceptable driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check
- 5 years’ experience managing large budgets
- Able to pass an organizational background study
