Project Manager - Facilities Maintenance

  • The Budd Group is a facilities management company seeking a Project Manager who will work at one of our client sites overseeing and leading large projects from inception through completion. These projects will pertain to the facilities maintenance industry such as sustainability projects that will require buildings to be upfitted, as well as renovations, asset upkeep, and replacement such as HVAC system replacements and possibly new construction. This is a full-time, long-term position working in Salisbury, NC, in person, on a Budd Group client site.  Responsibilities: Oversee project delivery across various domains, ensuring adherence to standards and efficient resource utilization. Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, and completion, while identifying growth opportunities and maintaining compliance with industry standards.Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and objectives, gaining stakeholder consensus. Coordinate project teams, liaise with clients, and manage resources effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Anticipate and manage changes in project scope or requirements. Cultivate client relationships and support proposal efforts for future business opportunities. Supervise internal and external vendors to ensure timely project completion. Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience: 6-7 years of experience in project management, including budgeting, planning, and utilization of project management software. Skills: Proficiency in business software, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to mentor and guide team members. Industry: Experience working in the facilities maintenance or related field Certifications: PMP or Lean six sigma certification strongly desired
