We are searching for an experienced Corporate Facilities Manager at our Headquarters facility.
The Corporate Facilities Manager provides a central resource for Corporate Facilities' services and support for employees and tenants.
Accountable for the operation, security, office leasing, and repair and maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters' facilities and grounds in a cost effective manner. Accountable for capital expenditures related to maintaining a 89,000 square foot office complex. Responsible for purchasing office supplies and services, corporate telephone network, mail processing, daily deposits, petty cash, sale of Basil Ede prints and workspace management for the corporate facilities.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for Corporate Facilities daily activities such as: internal and external mail processing, purchasing of office services and supplies, courier service to banks and post office, petty cash fund, asset listing, preparing checks for deposit, snack bar management, keeping conference room supplies stocked, multi-line telephone system, sale of Basil Ede prints, monitoring the payment of invoices for utility, telephone and other operating expenses for Headquarters, etc.
- Accountable for building, grounds, and parking lot maintenance, including the purchase of general services such as janitorial, water treatment, chiller and boiler maintenance, etc.
- Lead and develop the Coporate Facilities team by setting an example of accountable behaviors.
- Develop and manage annual budget.
- Manage headquarters facility security. Administer the badging process utilizing the Proximity Access Control system, alarm system, security cameras, virtual keypads, etc.
- Work in conjunction with the Safety Manager to insure a safe work enviornment at headquarters and for the Corporate Facilities safety team. Responsible for monitoring and making decisions regarding severe weather procedures. Develop and maintain annual Emergency Management plans.
- Negotiate contracts for facility requirements.
- Create a community spirit by coordinating and setting up for social activities and gatherings for monthly celebrations, blood drive, United Way, etc.
- Accountable for space management needs for employees and tenants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all after-hours access.
Required Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business Management, relevant work experience may susbsitute for a degree

5 to 7 years of relevant experience

The base salary range for this position is $70,800 - $106,200. Actual base salary is based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
