We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance of plant equipment and structures to produce the highest quality product at optimum cost and with minimum downtime. This position supervises the overall Maintenance Department and focuses on planning and scheduling, leading root cause analysis (RCA), contract services, and team member development.
Primary Job Duties
- Directly supervise maintenance activities including planning and scheduling, parts procurement, equipment surveys, expenditure approvals, performance reviews, company policy enforcement, and monitoring of routine contractor service and departmental communication.
- Confer with Engineering Manager on project planning and priorities.
- Develop departmental reports such as downtime, equipment expenditures, employee productivity, etc.
- Ensure data integrity of CMMS.
- Always observe and practice safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Attend and/or lead Safety Meetings.
- Adhere to all requirements of sanitation, GMP/HACCP standards.
- Leads and manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management within that department.
- Responsible for interviewing, selecting, and training direct reports.
- Review performance and administer corrective action of staff as needed.
- Monitor work for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 - 10 years of progressive maintenance experience in the areas of maintenance planning, scheduling, and leadership.
- Strong organizational and personnel skills.
- Strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Background in PLC Programming and troubleshooting control systems.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
