Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and in good working order. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Performing minor repairs on facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Maintaining and repairing building structures, including roofs, walls, and floors
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not interfere with daily operations

-Landscaping
-Delivering supplies to branches

Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
