FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR jobs in Albany, NY

We are currently looking to fill a Supervisor Facilities Maintenance with a Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Supervisor Facilities Maintenance assists the Management of Facilities Maintenance with the administration of the departments site services and overseeing the operation of facilities maintenance functions at the Rensselaer Manufacturing Plant.

As a Supervisor Facilities Maintenance, a typical day might include the following:

• Planning and scheduling maintenance, repairs and modifications to all facilities equipment and supporting infrastructure.
• Supervising, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance work tasks.
• Overseeing contract maintenance personnel responsible for repairs and modernization to remain compliant with regulatory general building codes.
• Managing and developing facilities lead technicians as direct reports.
• Assigning and scheduling work requests utilizing the Blue Mountain Work Request System.
• Maintaining overall responsibility of appearance and cleanliness of owned areas.
• Supervising contracted maintenance and/or services personnel.
• Supervising, coordinating and assuring compliance with contractors and Regeneron employees on all applicable codes and standards.
• Directing supervision of Regeneron facilities maintenance technicians.
• Supporting Deviation Management processes including NOE, EOE and DNF investigations and reviews.

To be considered for the Supervisor Facilities Maintenance you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. You must have the following; AAS in construction or related technologies and 5 years of experience, including experience in planning, organizing and supervising of a diverse workforce involved in the building maintenance of a large multi-building manufacturing complex and experience in managing and supervising personnel including training, work assignments, setting expectations and performance evaluations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
