FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR jobs in Danbury, CT

We are actively seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate for temp-to-hire opportunities for a client located near Danbury. This is a maintenance/repair job - not cleaning! The Facilities Maintenance Worker will be performing a variety of skilled work to assist with the daily maintenance, such as repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, and preventative maintenance, throughout the facility.

In order to be successful, the Facilities Maintenance Associates must:

• Have at least 2 years of previous work-related experience, preferably with construction, electrical and or plumbing
• Have knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Be able to communicate effectively
• Have knowledge of safety hazards and precautions
• Have a clean driver’s license

This is a temp-to-hire, first shift position. Pay rate is $24-$26 per hour.
