As a Commercial Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment to create a safe, clean, and attractive environment for tenants and visitors. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing fixtures and conducting inspections.
• Address maintenance issues promptly in response to tenant and management requests.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Maintain the property's landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and watering.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and company policies.
• Assist with snow removal, janitorial duties, and other property-related tasks as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular hours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in commercial property maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
