This position oversees upkeep of all branch facilities. It is a hands-on and highly active position in addition to providing oversight and coordination to staff and outside vendors. Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 to 200 lbs., bend, stoop, push, pull, use a dolly, reach overhead, climb a ladder, kneel and walk daily.
Requirements and Qualifications
Primary responsibilities are to oversee a staff of two plus seasonal workers; to maintain facilities inside and out, including grounds and general repair for plumbing, electrical and air conditioning unit issues; change lights, batteries and air conditioning filters; order janitorial and other maintenance supplies; clear Main Bank buildings daily before opening; oversee storage and weekly shredding of documents; coordinate or transport supplies, work or documents for storage between locations; loading/unloading courier vehicles and on occasion deliveries to the Bank and maintaining organization and storage of information.
Secondary responsibilities include pressure washing facilities and sidewalks, monitoring supplies and ordering or buying as needed, maintenance of company vehicles (repairs, oil changes, ensuring each is gassed up), special event set up and breakdown, moving furniture and file cabinets on occasion, taking/delivering supplies locally and to all bank locations.
Regular attendance according to the work schedule is necessary and essential as is receiving detailed information verbally, in person and by telephone.
