Facilities Manager manages the maintenance, construction, repair, and refurbishment operations of one or more facilities or properties. Implements policies and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. Being a Facilities Manager monitors daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability. Tracks work orders for quality, adherence to service standards, and budgeted guidelines. Additionally, Facilities Manager trains supervisors and employees in best practices for maintenance work, service and safety standards, and local laws and regulations. Oversees vendors or contractors engaged for construction projects. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Facilities Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Facilities Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary

    As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for CEC. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the specialty contracting industry, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives.
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
      • Collaborate with leadership to define target markets and customer personas.
      • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and positioning in the market.
      • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
      • Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns.
      • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
      • Drive online engagement and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
      • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and leverage new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
      • Create compelling and informative content for various platforms, including website, blogs, and social media.
      • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce technical content that resonates with the target audience.
      • Develop a content calendar and oversee content distribution.
      • Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and customers.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support the sales process.
      • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
      • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
      • Identify opportunities for participation in relevant conferences and networking events.
      • Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication within co-workers.
      • Manage the hiring, development, and retention of product marketing talent.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the specialty contracting or construction industry.
