Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for CEC. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance the company's brand, drive lead generation, and support business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the specialty contracting industry, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define target markets and customer personas.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and positioning in the market.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Drive online engagement and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and leverage new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create compelling and informative content for various platforms, including website, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce technical content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop a content calendar and oversee content distribution.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives support the sales process.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Identify opportunities for participation in relevant conferences and networking events.
  • Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication within co-workers.
  • Manage the hiring, development, and retention of product marketing talent.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the specialty contracting or construction industry.
