Being a Facilities Manager monitors daily building operations of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management to ensure reliability. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the physical environment supports efficient production and adheres to safety and quality standards. Requirements
· Manage the daily maintenance of the manufacturing facilities, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient work environment.
· Manage all building, facilities and equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance programs.
· Ensure full site regulatory compliance at all times, including supporting visits for all regulatory permitting, compliance and inspections, by local state and federal agencies.
· Health, safety & environmental (HS&E) including chairing of the site safety committee.
· Manages the business maintenance tasks, including but not limited to up-keep of offices, buildings, grounds and company vehicles.
· Janitorial and site support services such as parking lot and ground services
· Act as Point of Contact for the local community and all regulatory authorities.
