Major and established company is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Planner to meet the demands of their customers across the country. In this role will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant primarily days on 1st shift (typically Monday to Friday). Reporting to the Facilities Manager, will schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the Facilities Department. Will determine the best approach for work order completion, including obtaining necessary schematics and checking parts availability. Will initiate purchase requisitions for MRO-related parts and services. Additionally, will oversee the implementation and usage of maintenance-related continuous improvement systems and tools within the department. Will partner with Production Teams, Maintenance Technicians, MRO Storeroom Personnel, and other Planners to support daily operations at their site. Will be compensated for working weekends (if needed). Bonus eligibility of 8% and includes both base salary and OT. Vacation is accrued monthly but can be used prior to accruing – 21 days total. 401k is matched dollar for dollar up to 6% plus an additional 3% for a total of 9% company contribution. Relocation assistance will be provided nationally.
