Coordinates construction and installation processes and expedites delivery of materials required by projects. May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. This position will provide planned maintenance services as well as periodic installation and repair on our water heating systems throughout California. We will provide all training, equipment and materials needed to succeed.
Perform planned maintenance on tankless water heating equipment and softeners.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues.
Install water heating related equipment according to specifications, codes and regulations.
Regional travel throughout Western U.S.
Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills.
Accurately and completely document work completed.
Adjust to changing work schedules as business dictates.
5 years commercial plumbing experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver license and clean driving record.
Good computer/technology skills including basic spreadsheets, photography, email, and text messaging.
Excellent work ethic. Ability to work independently.
Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Journeyman plumbing license and/or skill level.
Ability to take direction from field and office support team.
Problem-solving skills.
