FACILITIES SUPERVISOR supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of buildings, grounds, and facilities systems. Oversees staff installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. Being a FACILITIES SUPERVISOR tracks work orders and ensures work follows established service and quality standards for completion. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, FACILITIES SUPERVISOR maintains a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws. May coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades. Typically requires an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The FACILITIES SUPERVISOR supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a FACILITIES SUPERVISOR typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The facilities Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the Facilities helpdesk ticketing system that supports all credit union branches and facilities across Colorado and Wyoming. In addition, this role is responsible for establishing, coordinating, and maintaining all service vendor relationships. This includes, but not limited to, the areas of janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, electrical, plumbing, & mechanical systems services. Exterior service responsibilities include HVAC preventative maintenance, parking lot maintenance and lighting, window cleaning, roofing, and utilities services. The Coordinator will direct the administration of fixed assets for the organization, including internal inventory tracking, reporting, and disposal. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting Facility Managers in fleet vehicle maintenance and services, all life/safety systems, and annual inspections and certifications (elevators, back-flow prevention devices, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and ADA building accessibility). The Coordinator also serves as landlord representative for facility leased space, coordinating all necessary services and repairs. Additional responsibility includes the administration of all office supplies, business forms, and janitorial supplies inventory, ordering, and replenishment. EXPERIENCE
Six months to two years of similar or related experience in Facilities Administration.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
A two-year college degree is preferred
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. High Level of customer service skills. Well Organized. Work involves high contact within the other departments, branches, and service providers. Outstanding written and verbal skills. Contact usually involves handling a variety of issues within the other departments. Friendly and positive internal customer service necessary.
OTHER SKILLS
Valid Class C driver’s license and acceptable driving record. The ability to stand periodically throughout the day. Working knowledge of facility services and equipment. Knowledge of the Helpdesk Ticketing systems or the ability to learn the system and Keystone operations. Ability to complete work orders and

Full Range: $18.01 - 27.02Starting Range: $19.14 - 21.39
