Being a FACILITIES SUPERVISOR tracks work orders and ensures work follows established service and quality standards for completion. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, FACILITIES SUPERVISOR maintains a safe and effective working environment that complies with regulations and laws. May coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades. Typically requires an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. We are searching for a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. The Facilities Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact with vendors by phone, email, and face-to-face interactions at our main facility (as well as temporary off-site locations as needed) developing positive and proactive relationships. The Facilities Supervisor will coordinate and assist the daily operations team with day-to-day functions that support the overall success of the operation while ensuring the facility is looked after, safe, secure, and in immaculate condition. This role also supports office and warehouse functionalities such as operations events, summits, celebrations, etc. In addition, the Facilities Supervisor will gather pertinent information, coordinate pricing quotes, manage an operations budget, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, execute repair plans, and provide status updates to all stakeholders at the facility.
