FACILITIES SUPERVISOR jobs in Lexington, KY

tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician in the LEXINGTON, KY area to help serve our clients in the region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures which may include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Additional skill sets such as commercial garage door repair, drywall and light construction experience are a plus. This position includes a company vehicle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work courteously with office/staff personnel
• Maintain and use equipment safely and properly
• Perform general building maintenance including timely on demand repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment
• Complete work in general skilled areas including light electrical, plumbing, and systems maintenance
• Conduct periodic life safety inspections, floor care, and other routine requests
• Provide on-call assistance for emergencies, including periodic nights and weekends
• Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer to modify and monitor work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality/accountability
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid drivers license.
