We are seeking Grounds and Facilities Maintenance Staff to become a part of our team! You will perform the necessary work to keep buildings, equipment, and grounds in beautiful condition.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Repair irrigation leaks, lines, and improvements
• Mow, weed whack, and manually participate in weed abatement and invasive species
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous tractor experience a positive, but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
