Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. The Facility Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Facility & Inventory Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activity involved with procuring services such as landscaping, vendor contracts and approving and purchasing equipment, tools for communities as needed. Additionally, the FIM will be responsible for conducting safety audits, walking inventory homes at each visit, meeting with rehab vendors training Maintenance Techs and conducting property visits.
