Parent Connection, a comprehensive home visitation program, is seeking a full-time Family Support Specialist to work with first time parents based out of our Oshkosh office. The Family Support Specialist establishes a trusting relationship with overburdened families by delivering service that is culturally competent, strength-based, family centered, and family directed.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or equivalent work experience with experience in the field of early childhood education, maternal-child health, family life education, home visitation, social work, counseling or related human service field. Infant Mental Health Endorsement with at least two years of home visitation experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this position.
