You must be a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with at least 1-3 years of experience administering therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.     $55,000 - $90,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with community organizations and attend weekly clinical team meetings
    • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards
    • Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques
    • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
    • Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions

    • Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
    • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment goals and interventions
    • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
    • Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy techniques
    • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with special education needs
    • Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to promote positive behavior change
    • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling
    • Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric clients

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent; master's degree preferred
    • Licensure in the state you reside as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or the equivalent is required
    • Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a marriage and family therapist
    • Superb problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

    Experience:

    • Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
    • State licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist
    • Experience working with couples and families is strongly preferred
    • Strong understanding of family systems techniques and interventions
    • Experience with addictions and/or trauma-informed care a plus
