Compensation:
$55,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with community organizations and attend weekly clinical team meetings
- Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards
- Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques
- Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
- Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of behavioral health concerns

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment goals and interventions

Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Utilize evidence-based practices in clinical counseling and therapy techniques

Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with special education needs

Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to promote positive behavior change

Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling

Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to pediatric clients
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent; master's degree preferred
- Licensure in the state you reside as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or the equivalent is required
- Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a marriage and family therapist
- Superb problem-solving and analytical skills are required, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Experience:

Master's degree in Marital and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

State licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist

Experience working with couples and families is strongly preferred
