We are looking for licensed and license eligible outpatient counselors who value a team atmosphere and collaborative work as we are committed to continued learning from the larger community and each other. Those with a desire to serve younger children are especially encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited counseling or social work program and be eligible to register a clinical supervisor with the Department of Health Professions in Virginia. Licensure supervision will be provided. Experience with trauma therapies is preferable and bilingual ability is desirable. Knowledge of trauma informed care practices or a willingness to learn is required. Candidate must have basic computer literacy and be willing to utilize an electronic health record.
