The Spokane Counselor is looking to add empathetic counselors who are willing to provide comprehensive care and treatment for mental health struggles. You can expect to fill your schedule quickly as an in-person or telehealth therapist due to the large amount of referrals we receive daily.
This is an opportunity for you as an clinical therapist to play an important part in helping families navigate the postpartum period within the private practice setting. Working as part of our team, you’ll use your training and skills to provide evidence-based care to clients, deliver instruction and psychoeducation for new parents, and also provide therapeutic care for a variety of mental health issues (including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, etc). In addition to client care, you’ll have opportunities to expand clinical skills through continuing education and supervision.
As part of The Spokane Counselor, you will be primarily responsible for conducting an initial evaluation to appropriately assess depression severity and treatment recommendations. After determining goodness of fit, you will provide ongoing therapy and care to clients. You will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with client treatment plans and notes, as well as providing relevant and research-based care.
