We have both full-time, part-time and short hours roles available.

    About Mount Holly House:
    Our Mount Holly House provides a nurturing space for up to five females aged 14 to 17. Our dedicated team offers 24/7 care, creating a comfortable living environment where young women can thrive and develop. Through a holistic approach, we provide services to encourage growth and empowerment, with a proven track record of building confidence, fostering self-expression, and imparting new skills to our residents.

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, overseeing the residential home's operations.
    • Provide essential living support, including meal preparation, cleaning, and transportation.
    • Develop and implement programs that cater to residents' educational, social, and emotional needs. Mentor and serve as a positive role model, promoting healthy relationships and coping strategies.
    • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
    • Maintain accurate records of resident progress and behavior.
    • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology with one year of experience in direct care for youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
    • High School diploma holders with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience will also be considered.
    • A valid driver's license with a clean standing over the past 6 months is required.
    • Physical & Drug Screening, Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances.
    • All new hires are required to successfully complete Safety Crisis Management (SCM) certification within one week of hire.
      • Training Overview:
        - Duration: The SCM program spans three days.
        - Physical Demands: Active participation in physically demanding activities is necessary.

    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Understands trauma-informed care and has experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
    • Can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exhibits strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Holds a valid driver’s license and the capability to transport residents as needed.
