We are looking for a full-time Support Worker to add to our Family Preservation team! All you need is a high school diploma or GED and two years’ experience working with children and families!  We will teach you the rest! 

 
A Day in The Life as a Support Worker 

As a Support Worker, you will work directly with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Support Workers teach skills to children and caregivers to help them build strong relationships, solve problems, and create healthy living environments.  Support Workers work as part of a team to help families access resources and improve their lives.  Support Workers advocate to improve the quality of their client’s lives through direct service in the home and by securing community resources.  Support Workers also serve as a support to the assigned Case Manager to assess and determine the needs of each family.

The ideal person for a Support Worker is someone who is detail oriented, is able to provide support to the family and their team, and who wants to help families build on their strengths.  Support Workers are individuals who are caring, outgoing, and a team player.  We want someone who has a desire to help families grow, learn, and succeed!
