Duties:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive patient family engagement program for the facility

• Facilitate efficiently all patient / family visitation for the program

• Utilize evidence based research to educate families on the disease of addiction and successful relationships with their family members during treatment attempts and/or recovery.

• Complete and document all significant other review documents for patients as necessary

• Field and return calls from patient family members

• Ensure all family packets are mailed / emailed or otherwise distributed to all patient family members, as patients permit.

• Ensure completed ROIs for all patient family members.

• Deliver programming at weekly family program.

Experience

• 2 year(s): Experience in counseling field.

Education

• Bachelors or better in Social Work or related field
