WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Our Heavy Equipment Mechanic Assistant earns $18.00 - $24.00/hour.

We offer our team health benefits with company contribution, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, a 529 education savings plan, and quarterly bonuses. This position also enjoys company-provided uniforms and a cell phone stipend.

As for your schedule, you typically work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

A CLOSER LOOK AT A DAY AS A HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC ASSISTANT

In this position, you tackle nitty-gritty challenges and assist with repairing and maintaining our vehicle fleet. You handle light-duty tasks like changing oil, repairing tires, and testing lights. Attentively, you manage inventory, perform preventative maintenance, and test drive equipment to keep everything in peak condition. You diligently record your work and update repair logs in our computer system. At the end of each day, you make sure the shop is clean and organized before heading home. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with large engines, tire repairs, and heavy equipment repairs
• Automotive knowledge and excellent mechanical skills
• Ability to use power and hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow directions
