Fusion Media is seeking a Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team developing innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 customers. The designer must exhibit fluency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Apple iWork Suite. Familiarity with newer design tools such as Affinity Design Suite and Sketch would be an additional benefit. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional design experience and a portfolio exhibiting strong design. Candidates must be versatile in many different types of communications design and must continually raise the bar on creative assignments, be able to confidently present their work and be open and able to act on constructive feedback. The candidate must embrace the entire process of design, from initial concept through impeccable execution.

Responsibilities
Work with the Design Department to create compelling designs for clients, adhering to client brand guidelines
Demonstrate a sense of responsibility for delivering valuable, high-quality work on time
Implement designs set forth by Art Director/ Creative Director, as well as develop new creative when asked
Communicate effectively across the organization on best practices, developing branding capabilities and customer communication strategies.
Assist other designers with projects as needed
Manage a high-volume workload

Requirements
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite for Mac
Presentation experience with Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience with digital content delivery a plus (Apple iOS, iBooks Author)
Versatility when designing different types of print and digital communication
Self-starter with strong problem-solving, conceptual, and project management skills
Ability to move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects
Solid time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail, consistent accuracy
Must be articulate and able to work directly with clients
Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong typography skills and knowledge of color theory
Portfolio demonstrating diverse, creative design
Excellent communications skills and a track record for on-time delivery on tight deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience
Proficiency on Mac platform in the Affinity Design Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office Suite, and Apple Keynote (Familiarity with Sketch and Apple iBooks Author, a plus)
Experience working with corporate clients
