Madison's Niche Boutique, in the beautiful Woodbury Village shopping center, is currently accepting resumes for Sales Leads/Keyholders. Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience in a fashion boutique setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively sell products and interact with customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean sales floor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with cash register operations and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of shift management to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts
- Familiarity with employee orientation and training development for new hires
- Understanding of sales management principles to drive revenue growth
- Basic understanding of store management practices to support overall operations

Must have weekend availability and be over 18 to be considered

Hourly rate negotiable with experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
