Fashion Designer is responsible for executing the fashion design strategy for an organization. Creates and manages multiple fashion design projects from conceptualization to finished product and ensures projects are aligned with the brand's identity. Being a Fashion Designer presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicates design details to the product development and production teams. Additionally, Fashion Designer determines final style, material, and color based on input from sales/marketing, merchandising, development, and manufacturing teams. Ensures fashion designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to approved guidelines. Keeps abreast of consumer needs and trends. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in apparel/fashion design or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The Fashion Designer work is closely managed.   • Designer Services, LLC is looking for a qualified, creative, and motivated candidate who can work in a team environment. The Draftsperson will be providing quality designs for clients and builders in the Richmond area for outdoor spaces, renovations, additions, and new single family homes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare Construction Drawings. Foundation Plans, Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, Electrical Plans, Sections, Details, etc.
    • Assisting in all aspects of architectural design
    • Manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
    • Develop new home plans and collect information for revisions on existing plans
    • Meet with a team to collaborate design options
    • Put together documentation for Permitting

    Requirements:

    • Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD experience is a plus
    • Basic Knowledge of Building Codes
    • Experience with developing Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Details
    • Must be able to work in a team environment
    • Must be detail oriented, organized and able to solve problems
    • Ability to work under deadlines and to prioritize tasks
    • Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest.

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum Associate Degree in a drafting discipline
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in similar positions, preferred but not required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
