Fashion Designer is responsible for executing the fashion design strategy for an organization. Creates and manages multiple fashion design projects from conceptualization to finished product and ensures projects are aligned with the brand's identity. Being a Fashion Designer presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicates design details to the product development and production teams. Additionally, Fashion Designer determines final style, material, and color based on input from sales/marketing, merchandising, development, and manufacturing teams. Ensures fashion designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to approved guidelines. Keeps abreast of consumer needs and trends. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in apparel/fashion design or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The Fashion Designer work is closely managed.     Job Summary:
    The Fashion Apparel Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling, tagging, and organization of clothing and footwear inventory within the department. The primary responsibilities include unboxing newly arrived merchandise, tagging items with price tags, and maintaining the overall neatness and organization of the department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Unbox and inspect incoming shipments of clothing and shoes.
    • Efficiently tag each item with appropriate price tags according to established procedures.
    • Organize clothing and footwear inventory on racks, shelves, or designated storage areas.
    • Ensure that all merchandise is displayed in an attractive and accessible manner to customers.
    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the department, including dusting, sweeping, and organizing merchandise.
    • Assist customers with locating specific items and provide excellent customer service when required.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling merchandise and operating equipment.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or related field preferred but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise and tagging items.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
    • Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy boxes of merchandise.
    • Knowledge of basic computer skills is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    • The role involves standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
    • May be exposed to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures in the work environment.
    • Occasional lifting of heavy boxes and moving of merchandise required.
