The ideal candidate must have certification in refrigeration and a minimum of five years of experience in installing and providing reactive service for ice makers, fountain equipment, and frozen carbonated beverage equipment.

SENIOR REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on ice makers, fountain equipment, and frozen carbonated beverage systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, identifying the root cause of malfunctions.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of refrigeration systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including documentation of parts used and work performed.
• Respond to service calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and efficiently resolving issues.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete larger projects or complex repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with refrigeration systems.

SENIOR REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, as this position may require driving a company van to various job sites.
• EPA certification and Refrigeration Certification.- Ability to maintain, repair, and install various types of refrigeration equipment
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment common to the trade, such as gauges, meters, torches, and welding equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately.- Previous experience as a refrigeration technician or in a related field, such as appliance repair or mechanical maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Flexibility to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the project requirements.

Salary is based on the candidate's prior experience and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
