We are looking for somebody who knows how to get sales results, and motivate their staff to meet goals, and make happy customers. A Manager will be in charge of all employees while maintaining outstanding WOW customer service. He or she will handle opening and closing of the restaurant each day. Will make weekly schedules for employees, order supplies and check supplies in when they arrive, balance books and against cash flow, handle any problems as they arise, hire and properly train employees, making sure everyone is adhering to the handbook at all times, and make deposits at the bank. Since this is a very fast paced restaurant the supervisor will have to be swift on their feet and aware of everything that is going on at all times in order to keep the restaurant accident free.
