Full grasp of businesses/IT strategy (at both a conceptual execution level), along with an ability to communicate this knowledge to non-IT professionals inside/outside the Internal Audit function.Provide on the job coaching in the areas of IT controls data retrieval analysis utilizing ACL, to both IT Audit Financial/Operational staff. Also, training, development, motivation of staff to maintain standards of knowledge, skills, disciplines essential to the performance of internal audit.Ability to work independently or as part of a team with Financial/Operational auditors, or interact directly with high-level Operating/IT management.
