We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic candidates for our Night Audit/Guest Services position who have a true passion for hospitality!
Night Audit responsibilities include nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports. Additional responsibilities include guest registration and check-out, PBX operations. Also provide prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations in accordance with established standards. Respond to and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, travel directions, etc. While being part of a very limited team or working alone at certain points of the night, ensuring the guests and property are safe and secure.

Prior customer service skills/experience is a plus, previous hotel experience/education is extremely beneficial; however, your personality, integrity, passion for customer service, determination for career growth and overall attitude are the most important.
