Our current opening is for a Security Construction Field Engineer/Technician in our Wichita office. Technician will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality installations possible in an efficient and timely manner while assuring customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for installing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality completion of project.
• Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to install, program, and diagnose systems.
• Identify, analyze, and diagnosis systems and products at customer’s location.
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
• Provide updates to project managers.
• Provide technical support to customers.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Candidate would be required to obtain Wichita Alarm License and Genetec certification and be familiar with Axis Server, Exacq, Lenel, and Milestone software
• Valid driver’s license
• Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.
