We are seeking a license, skilled and motivated Branch 2 Field Representative/Pest Control Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing effective pest control solutions. As well as increasing the route by door knocking and building relationships with your clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement effective pest control treatment plans
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines
- Install pest control devices and barriers as needed
- Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest infestations
- Document all services provided and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Build current route by door knocking and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Experience:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 2 years experience in pest control and branch 2 Field Representative license required
- Knowledge of common pests, their habits, and effective treatment methods
- Familiarity with sales techniques to upsell additional services or products
- Ability to operate farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to pest control
- Basic knowledge of lawn care and landscaping practices
