We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and building codes
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid) and project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience with civil engineering software (e.g., Civil 3D) is preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
