Monitors construction progress and conducts daily site inspections to ensure work complies with time, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Being a Field Engineering Manager - Construction enforces quality control procedures and inspection protocols to ensure that standards, designs, blueprints, and specifications are understood and followed. Troubleshoots technical issues that arise on-site and consults with architects, contractors, and supervisors to develop and implement solutions with minimal disruption to project schedules. THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE
At Triad Pacific Construction, the Residential Construction Field Manager position offers a full-time schedule with a Monday through Friday commitment between 7:30 AM and 5 PM. As a Residential Construction Field Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance throughout the residential building process. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Owner and Contractor, identify residential project budgets, recruit and manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and schedule standards are met. You also conduct frequent site visits to track progress and maintain a safe residential working environment. Additionally, you'll manage remodeling projects from kitchens to full houses and maintain management tools, including field reports and schedules.
