Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a critical role in the planning and coordination of construction projects. Your expertise in project scheduling, construction estimating, and project coordination will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.

Duties:
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement preconstruction strategies
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including site conditions, budget constraints, and client expectations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for project planning
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and ProCore to streamline project processes
- Develop detailed project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Review and analyze construction documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts
- Identify potential risks and challenges during the preconstruction phase and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Preconstruction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and software
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions
- Demonstrated time management skills to meet project deadlines

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
