Position: Construction Field Clerk

Reports To: Project Engineer / Project Manager

Loenbro is currently looking to hire Construction Field Clerk to work closely with Project Management team at our Fabrication shop. Candidate will work in the office with management team. Successful construction clerks exercise attentiveness to detail, organizational skills and the ability to work in an environment that is fairly routine.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Orientation and Onboarding
• Time Entry
• Managing project logs / invoicing / PO’s / Equipment logs
• Computer scanners and imaging software
• Document Management
• Parts runner (if needed)

Skills/Qualifications:

• Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
• High level of organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Must be a quick learner and motivated
• Self-motivated with the drive to learn and grow
• Must be able to work as a team and solve problem

Qualification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience, with some exposure to HR functions.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices, especially in the context of construction or related industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous.

Essential Requirements:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Climbing up and down stairs and ladders
• Lifting up to 35 pounds
• Driving if required to travel to and from locations
• Occasionally may need to kneel, reach or stoop
• If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search.
