Exciting Home Care Agency is looking to hire for a Field Service Coordinator for the area of Huntingdon, PA. You will be responsible for all aspects of field service including training, handling care giver patient complaints, and in-home intakes all while ensuring patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis for Home Health Aides
• Track issues and implement solutions, by traveling to client homes and ensuring all is in compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Communicate with clients and caregivers, providing feedback when necessary.

Requirements:

• Field work within home care experience, or as an HHA
• Communication and people person skills
• Self-Driven, time management
• Must be a team-player
• Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workloads
• Valid driver’s license and your own car for patient visits ( Travel Reimbursements provided)

Job Type: Full-time (M-F, 8am-4:30pm)

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Home care: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's license and your own car (Required)

Expected hours: 40 per week
