*A day in the life of a Service Dispatcher can look like:*

• Taking calls from clients and assisting them with their service needs
• Scheduling a team of 10-15 dedicated technicians
• Issue purchase orders at the request of the technician for supplies or parts needed
• Communicating with clients on findings from technicians and scheduling additional visits as needed
• Ensuring technicians time for the week is accurate and input correctly

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma/GED
• 5 years dispatch experience
• HVAC or construction industry experience is preferred
• Comfortable in a fast paced and frequently changing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
• Superior teamwork and problem solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills
