Field Service Director manages field service personnel to provide effective on-site support and technical assistance with various products or equipment. Plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products/equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime. Being a Field Service Director oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives. Handles service contracts and directs support services. Additionally, Field Service Director develops methods, guidelines, and policies to facilitate efficient service delivery. Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved, utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. HOURS: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, weekends/evenings as needed, on-call responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Associate Director is responsible for supporting the Program Director by providing leadership, vision, direction and supervision of a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) program that serves youth ages 10-17 that have experienced trauma, have juvenile justice involvement, or have challenging behavioral needs that cannot be addressed in the community. The Associate Director is responsible for recruiting, hiring, evaluating and supervising all direct care staff, directing the day-to-day residential programming, collaborating with partner agencies; developing and monitoring annual budgets; ensuring compliance with licensing and other regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree and two (2) year’s experience in a related field and supervision in a clinical environment; or a Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) year’s experience in a related field and supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be 21 years of age. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills for a variety of audiences, ability to diplomatically handle sensitive situations, a caring and professional demeanor with sensitivity to special needs and cultural differences, reasoning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage program operations.
